CONTEMPORARY EXPRESSIONISM

« Born at the end of the XIX century, along with the great forerunners such as Munch and Van Gogh, and at the beginning of the XX century with artists such as Kokoshka, Nolde, Schiele or even Soutine, Expressionism experienced a new and fruitful blossoming during the 80s, in both Europe and the USA. Witness of a renewal of the content in creation, expressionism was henceforth a very living form of contemporary art, with artists such as Rustin, Miralles, Brunet, Vialle, Meynard, Stepk... The purpose of this publication is to illustrate this richness and to introduce talented craftsmen.
